With a background as Head of Training in the airline industry, Nicolai has acquired a deep knowledge of system safety, training methodology and the influence of human factors in safety management.
Nicolai is a frequent guest speaker at conferences where he explores the interaction between humans and the systems they operate within. He is also a guest lecturer at the University of Copenhagen as well as a special advisor to the University Hospital in Odense.
Lasse has more than 16 years of experience in commercial aviation where he has developed a strong passion for teaching and how to maximize human performance.
Building on his pedagogical talents, Lasse is also assisting Copenhagen Academy for Medical Education and Simulation in educating health care professionals so that they are well- equipped to operate in a complex system.
As the in-house risk management specialist Mikkel has created value in both the financial services industry and the airline industry by identifing, assessing, monitoring and treating a wide range of risks.
Mikkel has also held the role as Chief Risk Officer, where he was responsible for the management of risk exposure in financial markets. Through the lense of this experience, he puts a great deal of importance on the use of data driven models and advanced analytics in the risk management process.
Through 22 years of experience as a director, consultant and academic within quantitative risk management, Hernan brings a wide range of knowledge to the team.
In cooperation with many large corporations, he has developed operational tools and trainings to assist in the assesment of complex risk scenarios within IT, compliance and financial services. Moreover, Hernan is a lecturer in compliance and risk management at several Spanish universities.
Nick has extensive experience with safety management in the aviation industry, where he has been responsible for both building and operating safety management systems.
On behalf of the Danish aviation authorities, Nick has also been supervising a wide range of Danish airline operators to ensure the quality of their safety management systems and achieve the necessary assurance that passengers can safely board their airplanes.
